System of a Down are on hiatus. This does not mean that they have split up, quite the opposite. It just means they are not currently touring or recording as a band at the moment.
As such, they will not be able to tour your country, so there is no point in asking.
Daron is working on a solo project called Scars on Broadway.

It is worth noting that on a recent appearance on Loveline, John and Shavo let it be known that three of the band, minus Serj, have been getting together for "jam sessions". This should fill you guys with hope for the future.
